JPMorgan Chase (JPM) led a $450 million debt financing for messaging company Bird.com to fund a dividend for shareholders and current and former employees, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.

The financing comprises a $400 million term loan and a $50 million credit facility, with Capital One Financial (COF) and Citigroup (C) among the other lenders, according to the report.

JPMorgan Chase, Capital One Financial, Citigroup and Bird did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
