LG Electronics has qualified its 2.6 megawatt coolant distribution unit as Nvidia (NVDA) DSX Ready, allowing the product to meet requirements for artificial intelligence factory infrastructure, the company said Tuesday.
The qualification covers a centralized liquid-cooling system designed to manage thermal loads from high-density AI server clusters, LG said.
LG has also completed infrastructure qualification for its 600 kilowatt and 1 megawatt CDU models.
